Nordique Community Hall Stage and Oak Panelling, Croydon

A hall that looks and feels professional, with a proper stage and wall finishes that are durable enough for busy community use.

A raised stage is clad in an oak finish, with steps up at one side. Full-height panelling continues along the stage front and walls, and vertical oak slats with LED strips frame the stage corner.

The lit slatted feature walls add warmth behind the seating area, and the engraved emblem gives the panelling a sense of identity.

We supplied all the oak materials you can see, and the hall was fitted by another team to our instructions. The emblem is Egger laminate on black MDF: our CNC cuts the design through the laminate so the black shows and it reads clearly from across the hall.

Oak is hard-wearing and naturally warm. It ages well and balances painted or white surfaces.

Bespoke commercial joinery gives a building a finish that standard fittings can’t match. It is made to suit the room and how it is used. It is also built to cope with heavy daily use.

We work from our own workshop in South East London. Each project starts with a measured survey and 3D renders.

Heights, handles and colours are agreed before a single board is cut. And because you talk directly to the makers, questions get answered quickly.

Croydon is in south London. We design, make and fit bespoke joinery across Croydon and nearby areas such as Purley, Sutton and Beckenham. We also work throughout London and across the whole of the UK, so wherever your building is, we would love to hear about your project.
